We offer a Lifetime Exchange policy for Arturia jewellery. You can exchange items for up to 50% of their value after passing a quality check. The exchange value will be credited to your account as Maya Gift Card Credits.

What if the ring I bought doesn’t fit?

We offer free resizing within 10 days of purchase. If the design doesn’t allow resizing, we will replace it with a new size. Charges may apply after 10 days.

What if there’s a problem with my purchase?

If you are not satisfied with the product quality, you can return it within 10 days for a full refund as per our policy. After this period, we offer a Lifetime Exchange option, allowing you to exchange the item for up to 50% of its value towards your next purchase. Since all our products are imported, repair services are not available. However, our refund and exchange policies ensure that you always receive value for your purchase.
