Refund Policy
We are sorry if you are not 100% satisfied with the items received, you can request the dispute within 10 days after receiving the package.
You need to select the type of problem, upload photos as evidence, and describe the problem. Our after-sales agent will respond within 48 hours, you need to attend to the dispute messages. If the case proves, the refund will be made to your Arturia account within 24 hours of the result. If you prefer a refund to the original payment method, you will have to request it in the dispute or from your personal advisor.
Return Policy
To return items or packages, you have 10 days to decide if they are necessary. If you want to return, please open the dispute and request it in the message.
Return conditions:
· Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
· Items with non-returnable marks and gifts cannot be returned.
· We do not accept returned items that have been returned without proper return requests.
· We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. The cost of the return (shipping and customs fees) must be borne by the customer.
Verify your return packages before shipping, we are not responsible for any loss of return merchandise. Once we have received your returned package, we will begin to process the refund to your Arturia account. If you need to refund in your original payment, please specify in the dispute message.
Note:
The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
